Cercon® Eye
The Cercon eye digital imaging scanner from DENTSPLY and DeguDent is suitable for scanning bridgework and single unit copings it is also one of the most cost effective bridge scanners on the market. The scanner reads the geometric data using a laser beam and this is combined with 2 matrix cameras to provide exact scanning results in seconds.

The scanner is linked to the state of the art Cercon art software for user friendly CAD design. For those laboratories who have the Cercon Brain milling system they can connect the two together, for those who don’t have a Cercon Brain the Cercon eye is able to be used as a stand alone unit by sending the data via the internet to any Cercon network laboratory or to DENTSPLY’s Compartis network milling facility.

Compartis® Network Milling System
The Compartis networked milling system is capable of producing high standard crown and bridge copings and dental frameworks in a wide range of materials including zirconia, with a quick turnaround time.

Dental laboratories that access the Compartis system have the choice of sending their work via the Cercon Eye digital scanner; to either a linked Cercon laboratory, the Australian Compartis milling centre, or the Degudent Compartis facility in Germany.
