Competition Terms and
Conditions
1. The survey will take approximately 5 – 8 minutes to
complete. 2. The competition starts at 9.00am on Thursday 1st
July 2010 and closes at 5.00pm on Friday 30th July 2010. 3.
The draw will take place at DENTSPLY (Australia) Pty Ltd, 11 – 21
Gilby Road, Mount Waverley on Thursday 5th August 2010 at 10.00am.
The winner will be notified via email. All entries must be received
before this time. 4. Prizes will be delivered by DENTSPLY.5.
The competition is open to DENTSPLY Customers, Dental
Practitioners, Dental Assistants, Dental Therapists, Hygienists,
Practice Managers, Prosthetists and Technicians who are over 18
years of age. 6. DENTSPLY staff and their families are not
permitted to enter. 7. Only 1 entry permitted per person.
8. 1 Wi-Fi 16GB iPad prize valued at approximately $AU629.00.
9. Results will be published in the July/August issue of
Australasian Dentist and the September issue of the New Zealand
Dental Journal. 10. No discussions will be entered into
regarding competition prizes or the draw. 11. A redraw will
only be conducted if DENTSPLY are unable to contact the prize
winner within 3 months of conducting the draw. If necessary, the
redraw will take place at DENTSPLY (Australia) Pty Ltd, 11 – 21
Gilby Road, Mount Waverley on Friday the 12th November 2010 at
10.00am. The winner will be notified via email. 12.
Information gathered by the survey will be utilised by DENTSPLY to
enhance its website services.
